 Shipping Policy

All orders (except personalised or bespoke orders) are dispatched within 5 working days via  Royal Mail .                                                Different postage options available at checkout. Insurance is applied to cover value of items.

It is strongly recommended that orders over £50 in value are sent by tracked services or special delivery.

Email will be sent out with date of postage and tracking information.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

What You Need to Know

You have the right to cancel. All cancellations must be received within 24 hours.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase items can be returned within 14 days for refund or exchange. This excludes bespoke items, commissions , personalised orders and earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Please contact for return instructions.

Postage costs will only be reimbursed in the event of error on doodlebugzz part or damage on receipt.

Warranty Information

Essential Information

All Doodlebugzz jewellery is covered by a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects. This means that we are confident in the craftsmanship and product quality . If for any reason your jewellery has a defect or flaw and this comes to light with normal wear within the guarantee period we will repair your jewellery free of charge .

If your jewellery is damaged  accidentally or through improper care or use then we are happy to repair it for a fee. This fee will include any materials and cover the time necessary to repair the jewellery.

Please contact us to discuss any repairs. It may be necessary to send your jewellery to us for assessment and a quote. 

  

Please refer to the  jewellery care instructions on the website or jewellery care card you will receive with every purchase of Doodlebugzz jewellery regarding how best to look after it so it lasts a lifetime.
